## 💼 JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

🔹 Help people communicate by interpreting conversations between English and Thai

🔹 Translate spoken conversations clearly and accurately during live calls

🔹 Handle calls from different industries such as healthcare, education, banking, insurance, and more

🔹 Complete daily reports and required documentation

🔹 Maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times

## 📚 TRAINING PROVIDED

✅ First 3 weeks: Day Shift Training

✅ Next 4 weeks: Night Shift Training

## ✅ REQUIREMENTS

🔹 Fluent in English and Thai

🔹 Good communication and listening skills

🔹 Comfortable handling sensitive conversations

🔹 Stable internet connection:

* Download speed above 5 Mbps

* Upload speed above 3 Mbps

🔹 Own a laptop, MacBook, or Chromebook with a webcam

🔹 Own a mobile phone (Android 13+/iOS 16+)

Benefits

💰 **Salary:** Starting from RM4,800 per month

📄 **Contract:** 12-Month Renewable Contract

🕒 WORKING HOURS

✅ 5–6 working days per week

✅ Rotational Night Shift (Malaysia Time)

✅ Shift starts between:

* 8:00 PM

* 9:00 PM

* 10:00 PM

* 11:00 PM

* 12:00 AM

*Shift schedules will be assigned by the operations team.*
