The Opportunity

Allegro is seeking a diligent and responsible Production Operator to join our production team. In this role, you will be instrumental in operating our precision machinery, ensuring the highest standards of quality and efficiency in our manufacturing processes. You will play a key part in maintaining a clean and organized work environment, preventing material contamination, and adhering to strict operational procedures. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are detail-oriented, capable of working independently, and committed to contributing to a high-performing team in a dynamic production setting.

What You Will Do

• Operate Machinery with Precision: Carefully operate machines and probers according to specified Work Instructions and standard operating procedures, ensuring optimal performance and product quality.

• Maintain Cleanliness & Prevent Contamination: Perform thorough housekeeping and machine purging at specified frequencies to ensure no stray units are left behind or mixed with other devices.

• Adhere to Standards: Read and strictly comply with the Job Standard and all other Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) implemented in the production line.

• Support Team Operations: Perform other related duties as assigned by your immediate supervisor to support overall team and production goals.

What Will You Bring

• Completion of a minimum of 2 years in college or a graduate of a 2-year Course.

• A mature, stable, and flexible disposition.

• The ability to work effectively and collaboratively with others.

• The capacity to perform well under pressure.

• Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.

• The ability to consistently follow standard operating procedures and detailed instructions.
