-Bachelor’s degree in STEM field (Engineering, Math, Technology or Science) or equivalent experience

- Minimum of 5 years of supervisory experience in a quality or production environment

- Working knowledge of AS9100 Quality requirements

- Working knowledge of bonded assembly inspection & calibration operations

- Manufacturing engineering or Quality experience in a lead capacity

- Prior supervisory or project lead experience directing hourly & salaried personnel in production environment
