Test Engineer/Lead

Develop, maintain, and optimize test packages, troubleshoot issues, improve yield/quality, and collaborate to meet project timelines and goals.

Job Description
In your new role you will:

• Develop, release, and maintain test packages for product testing.
• Create and provide test specifications and test packages with various gradings (e.g., sample creation, production).
• Analyze and troubleshoot test results, resolving issues with test hardware and module owners.
• Drive test time reduction, yield enhancement, quality improvements, and support custom requirements for new products.
• Prepare clear and detailed documentation of test reports, results, and findings for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with project managers, test concept engineers, and pattern suppliers to ensure timely delivery of high-quality test packages.
• Enhance testing processes to meet both technical and time-sensitive project requirements.
• Ensure alignment of test development activities with project milestones and goals.

Your Profile
You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Electrical & Electronic Engineering with 3+ years of experience in product or test engineering preferred.
• Familiarity with process technology, fab parametric test correlation, and IC development (design, validation) and production (test, quality, yield).
• Strong knowledge of UNIX, MS Office, and ATE tools (e.g., A93K), with hands-on programming skills in C++, Java, and Python.
• Experience in 1st Si debug, yield/test time improvement, and collaboration with test/design engineers for product release to production.
• Proficient in experimental/manufacturing design (DOE/SPC) and understanding of process/design/test integration.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with a proven ability to work effectively in cross-functional environments.
• Background in automotive SoC microcontrollers or consumer applications; knowledge of AI/ML techniques in test development is a plus.
• Independent, resourceful, and proactive; an effective communicator with a strong drive to excel and fluent command of English.
