Test Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts covering core product features

• Build and optimize automation testing frameworks to enhance testing efficiency and coverage

• Work closely with development teams to analyze requirements, create comprehensive test plans, and ensure product functionality is complete and stable

• Conduct functional, performance, regression, and stress testing to identify and track issues promptly

• Develop and maintain test cases ensuring testing coverage meets quality standards

• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines for continuous quality improvement

• Produce regular testing reports with comprehensive product quality assessments and improvement recommendations

• Keep current with testing technology trends and introduce innovative tools and methodologies to the team

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field

• Minimum 3 years of software testing experience with strong emphasis on test automation (Selenium, Cypress, Appium, etc.)

• Proficiency in at least one programming language (Python, Java, JavaScript, or Go) for writing efficient test scripts

• Deep understanding of testing processes, tools, and frameworks, with solid knowledge of CI/CD workflows

• Hands-on experience with API testing tools (Postman, JMeter) and automation methodologies

• Performance and stress testing experience is highly desirable

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with keen attention to detail and commitment to product quality

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience testing AI or SaaS products

• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and distributed system testing

• International team collaboration experience is a plus
