Responsibilities:

• Air spring test system setting up and improvement. Familiar with the durability/characteristic and performance test method and debug.
• Implement the AS tests according to the Vibracoustic standards. Communicate frequently with the AEs.
• Disassemble and analyze air spring components and mark report acc. to standard.
• English proficiency level 4 or above. Ability to communicate effectively with other technical centers, includes online meeting.
• Help application engineers to analysis the failure model and complete the testing report.
• Participate to the maintenance and calibration of the testing machines.
• Helps the testing team to improve measures, procedures.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree or above, mechanical or engineering 
• Experiences of testing with endurance or dynamic test machine.
• Experience in AS performance & durability/characteristic test is preferred
• 3 year of testing background would be appreciated
• Mechanical and metallic materials. 
• Knowledge about automatism and rubber and plastic materials would be appreciated
• General English reading & speaking. English proficiency level 4 or above
• Knowledge of Excel and Word requested
