What you'll do
• Develop and implement DFT solutions, including Scan, ATPG, and simulation.
• Utilize tools like Tetramax, Modus, and Tessent for effective DFT solutions.
• Collaborate on technical documentation for architecture and integration specifications.
• Enhance product testing effectiveness and integrate MBIST and SCAN.
Who you are
• Proficient in DFT architecture and simulation techniques.
• Experienced in using Synopsys, Cadence, or Mentor tools.
• Skilled in scripting languages such as Perl, Python, Shell, or TCL.
• Strong in debugging simulation and JTAG technologies.
