Meet the team:

At Dexcom, we are transforming diabetes care through continuous glucose monitoring technology. In Belgium, our focus is on protecting and growing our strong hospital base by deepening customer relationships, supporting clinical adoption, and executing consistently in a complex healthcare environment. You will join a close‑knit Benelux team that values focus, accountability and high‑quality execution

Where you come in:

  • You drive retention and growth of the installed base across assigned Belgian hospital accounts through structured, proactive account management

  • You own and execute account plans focused on utilization, expansion, G7 migration and long‑term customer loyalty

  • You build and maintain strong relationships with clinical and operational stakeholders to protect existing access and identify incremental growth opportunities

  • You execute national and regional commercial priorities (e.g. G7 migration, AID readiness, HCP engagement) within defined frameworks and priorities

  • You support tender execution from a field perspective by maintaining customer relationships, providing local insights and ensuring effective post‑outcome execution

  • You ensure consistent and compliant application of approved contracting, pricing and digital invoicing set‑ups at account level

  • You maintain high‑quality CRM account planning, forecasting and activity tracking to support predictable and repeatable growth

  • Your represent Dexcom professionally and consistently, reinforcing trust and long‑term partnership with customers

What makes you successful:

  • You have at least 5 years of field sales experience, ideally in the diabetes care market, with demonstrated success growing and retaining an installed hospital base through structured account management.

  • You excel at segmenting and targeting key accounts, driving sales through cold calling, relationship-building, and a customer-focused approach.

  • You are results-driven, consistently meeting sales targets by leveraging your deep understanding of the healthcare industry and diabetes care solutions.

  • Your proficiency with CRM systems ensures accurate tracking of sales activities, progress, and follow-ups, keeping you organized and efficient.

  • You have strong communication skills and a proven ability to present, negotiate, and close sales confidently with healthcare professionals.

  • You must be fluent in French, Dutch, and English to effectively communicate with clients across Belgium's diverse market.

Experience and Education Requirements:

  • Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 5 – 8 years of related experience

Remote Workplace: Your primary location will be a home office. You need to live in or near our territory : Brussels.

The annualised base salary for this position is from €73,610.00 to €95,260.00 gross. This is inclusive of holiday pay and the 13th month. Final offer will depend on your qualifications, competencies, and professional experience.
