The Role

This is an opportunity for an experienced Territory Manager to join Stryker's Trauma business in Perth, Western Australia. You'll take ownership of the territory, building surgeon relationships, supporting cases, and growing adoption across public and private hospitals.

This role suits someone comfortable being accountable for results, trusted in theatre, and motivated by building a strong, sustainable book of business.

What you'll do

  • Drive results - Deliver sales targets across the territory through strong planning, consistent execution and disciplined follow-up.

  • Support in theatre - Build credibility with orthopaedic surgeons, nurses and hospital teams by providing reliable, knowledgeable in-theatre support across Trauma procedures.

  • Build relationships - Develop strong, long-term partnerships with customers across public and private hospitals.

  • Work as one team - Partner with Clinical, Marketing and other Stryker teams to deliver a smooth customer experience.

  • Think commercially - Manage pricing, contracts and opportunities to grow use across an implant-led portfolio.

What you'll bring

Requirements

  • 3+ years' experience in Territory Management or B2B selling with a proven track record of success
  • Strong commercial acumen and strategic territory planning skills within a consumable-driven business
  • Clear, confident communication with clinicians and hospital stakeholders
  • A track record of ownership, resilience and delivery

Preferred

  • Experience in Medical Devices, Pharmaceuticals or Life Sciences
  • Understanding of Australia's public and private hospital systems
  • Confidence working in operating theatres
