Tender & Proposal Specialist

The RFP Specialist is responsible for the end-to-end proposal process. This includes monitoring procurement portals for new opportunities, analyzing RFP requirements, gathering necessary documentation from various departments (Compliance, BD, Safety, Accounting), and drafting the final proposal to ensure the company presents a competitive and compliant bid.

Responsibilities include:

Actively monitor federal, state, and local procurement websites for relevant traffic control opportunities.

Review and analyze RFP/RFQ documents to understand scope of work and submission requirements.

Maintain a database of standard company documents (COIs, licenses, safety manuals) for quick inclusion in bids.

Coordinate with the Operations and Finance departments to obtain pricing and technical data.

Draft, edit, and format proposal content to ensure a professional and polished final product.

Ensure all bids are submitted on time and in full compliance with the client's instructions
