  • Coordinate and manage talent acquisition marketing campaigns across teams, may include copywriting and/or graphic design, as needed
  • Act as point-of-contact for external vendors
  • Attend recurring vendor status calls, update stakeholders, and escalate issues as needed
  • Schedule job board trainings for internal delivery and sales teams, as needed
  • Perform job posting quality assurance, monitor job posting queue, reallocate internal resources to edit job postings, as needed
  • Provide hands-on search engine optimization (SEO) support, including ongoing metric analysis and research, to facilitate recommendations for improvement
  • Coordinate with SEO external vendors to ensure SEO milestones are met. Coordinate projects including: initial scoping, assignment of work, creation of communication plan, deployment and execution of plan
  • Develop and write digital content to be deployed across business to business and business to client channels
  • Project management, organizational and detail orientation skills
  • Ability to prioritize, multi-task and be flexible in a fast paced, changing environment
  • Demonstrate the ability to self-motivate, set goals and meet deadlines
  • Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work across multiple departments, with vendors and executive-level management
  • Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook)
  • Ability to learn Adobe Suite products (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator)

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or advertising and 2+ years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience with project management or account management preferred, previous marketing (company or agency) experience with a basic understanding of SEO (search engine optimization) preferred, graphic design experience preferred but not mandatory.
