Temporary Purchasing Coordinator /מתאמ/ת רכש זמני/ת

יום בחייך ב-MKS:

כמתאם/ת אספקות זמני/ת לחצי שנה ב-אופיר אופטרוניקס , תהיה/י חלק מ מחלקת הרכש בתפקיד זה, תדווח/י למנהל הרכש.

במסגרת התפקיד תהיה/י אחראי/ת על:

• אחריות על אישורי הזמנות ועדכונם
• הפקת דוחות ועדכונם
• סיוע בנושא חשבוניות אל מול היצרנים ספקים
• קשר ישיר עם ספקי החברה ואחריות על מעקב טובין .
• עבודה אל מול כלל ממשקי החברה

מיומנויות נדרשות לתפקיד:

• אנגלית רמה גבוהה חובה
• .אינטיליגנציה גבוהה , יכולת קישור של נושאים
• אחריות תפקידית
• מוטיבציה וחריצות
• יכולת עבודה של מול ממשקי החברה שירותיות
• סדר ויכולת ניהול עצמית

מיומנויות מועדפות:

• עבודה עם SAP
• תואר ראשון
