Job description
- Call potential or existing customers from a provided database.
- Introduce Media Co’s product such as TV, OTT packages, Smart Box X1, OTT Box .
- Explain internet speed, package benefits, pricing, and promotions.
- Help customers choose the most suitable package based on their needs
- Follow up with customers who have shown interest but haven't subscribed yet.
- Maintain good communication to increase conversion rates.
Requirements
- Fresh Graduate from Communications or related field.
- Passionate in sales
- Good communication skills
- Willing to Work in Centennial Tower, South Jakarta.
