Telesales Executive - Cards Portfolio

Primary Objective:

• Responsible for initiating outbound calls to achieve given sales target

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Management
• To achieve stipulated sales targets (daily)
• Ensure all leads assigned are completed by stipulated time line
• Ensure conversion rate/success rate of leads are within stipulated targets
• Service Management
• Maintain accurate customer inform

Requirements:

• Preferably 1-2 years of working experience in sales environment
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with customers at all levels
