Telesales Consultant

Remote Recruitment is hiring a Telesales Consultant for our UK-based clients. This is a fully remote position offering South African professionals an excellent opportunity to work with leading UK employers from home. You will work UK business hours and join a supportive, fast-growing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Make high-volume outbound calls to prospective clients
• Present products and services persuasively over the telephone
• Qualify leads and book appointments for senior sales representatives
• Update CRM accurately with all call outcomes and pipeline activity
• Consistently achieve and exceed daily and monthly call targets
• Follow up on warm leads and manage a personal prospect database

Requirements

• 1+ year of telesales or outbound call centre experience
• Confident, clear and articulate telephone manner with strong English skills
• Resilient, target-driven personality who thrives in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet home working environment
