Telemarketing Supervisor

Funciones: Supervisar y coordinar directamente las actividades del equipo de telemercadeo y ventas, buscando garantizar la calidad y eficiencia en los servicios brindados a nuestros clientes por medio de los diferentes canales de telecomunicaciones.

 

Responsabilidades: • Monitorear el desempeño del equipo de ventas para garantizar que se cumplan los objetivos planteados • Asesoramiento y apoyo al personal de televentas en casos complicados • Mantener un registro de las compas, ventas, inventarios y requisiciones • Elaboración y presentación de informes sobre los alcances de ventas • Coordinar actividades para la promoción de ventas
