Job Title: Telemarketing & Lead Generation Officer

We're looking for a customer-oriented Telemarketing & Lead Generation Officer to join our Marketing team. In this role, you'll connect with B2B customers, identify new opportunities, and support our Sales team in building a strong customer pipeline.

What you’ll do:

• Make an outbound call to B2B clients
• Introduce our products and services to potential customers.
• Understand customer needs, identify and sales opportunities
• Schedule appointments and hand over qualified leads to appropriate sales team
• Maintain accurate customer information in the CRM system.

What we're looking for:

• 1–3 years of experience in telesales, customer service or a customer-facing roles (preferably in a B2B environment)
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls.
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office). Experience using CRM systems is a plus.
• Organized, goal-oriented, and a great team player.
