About the Role
 

El Ingeniero de Floorcare de TASKI es la cara visible de la excelencia técnica ante los clientes, encargado de reparar, realizar el mantenimiento y brindar soporte a las innovadoras máquinas de cuidado de suelos de TASKI. Este puesto combina servicio técnico en campo, atención al cliente, disciplina operativa y sólidos conocimientos técnicos para ayudar a los clientes a lograr un rendimiento fiable, reducir los tiempos de inactividad y obtener resultados de limpieza de alta calidad.

Responsabilidades Clave

Field Service & Technical Support

• Maintain and repair TASKI floorcare machines for Solenis customers, ensuring safe working practices and correct PPE use.
• Deliver high levels of customer service to internal and external customers.
• Resolve complex technical issues efficiently to minimise machine downtime.
• Actively use, train and promote remote diagnosis and remote fix options.
• Continuously upskill through training to maintain expert knowledge of new TASKI machines.

Operaciones y Administracion

• Monitor van stock, spare parts and equipment to support a strong First-Time Fix rate.
• Plan schedules efficiently to work in the most productive way possible.
• Keep Salesforce updated, including parts requirements, incomplete jobs and planning updates.
• Read, understand and implement all Global Technical Support communications.

Requisitos y Qualificacione

• Experience: Minimum 3 years’ technical experience, including at least 2 years in mechanical engineering; floorcare equipment preferred.
• Independence: Able to work independently, manage schedules and take initiative.
• Attention to Detail: Accurate in mechanical repairs and administrative reporting.
• Customer Focus: Dedicated to service excellence and professional TASKI brand representation.
