About Wenrix

Wenrix is a fast-growing travel tech SaaS company which is part of eTraveli group, redefining the financial and operational backbone of the corporate and leisure travel industry. Our proven technology and AI solutions empower the global leading Online Travel Agencies and Travel Management Companies and substantially increase and improve their margins, servicing conversion rates and retention for their end customers. With exponential growth, market leading products, and a deeply experienced team, this is a great moment to join and shape the next chapter of Wenrix.

The TechOps Engineer is a dynamic position that requires the ability to work cross functional within the company.

The lucky candidate will work closely with our Operations, Product, and R&D teams.

What Will You Do?

  • Dive deep into complex technical problems across live environments - analyzing system behavior, data flows, and configurations to drive fast, accurate resolutions.
  • Build and maintain internal automation tools, workflows, and dashboards that eliminate manual processes and improve operational efficiency across the company.
  • Work closely with GDS Specialists, Solution Architects, Product, and R&D - acting as the technical bridge between operational needs and engineering solutions.
  • Develop AI-powered tooling to automate repetitive operational tasks, surface anomalies, and accelerate investigation workflows.
  • Identify patterns in operational data and proactively translate them into scalable technical solutions before they become recurring issues.
  • Manage long-term projects and deliver on time

What You Bring

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in a technical operations, backend, or similar engineering role
  • Development skills in Python and/or JavaScript
  • Experience building automations and internal tooling from scratch
  • Solid technical fundamentals: SQL, log analysis, API debugging, system administration
  • Hands-on experience with AI tools and LLM-based workflows
  • Strong investigative mindset - comfortable navigating ambiguous problems across systems and data independently
  • Familiarity with GDS web services (Sabre, Amadeus, or equivalent)
  • Background in travel tech or airline/booking systems - significant advantage
  • Experience with cloud environments (AWS or equivalent) - significant advantage
