Create and implement Requests for Change (RFC) and update knowledge base articles to support effective troubleshooting. Collaborate with vendors and help service management teams with issue analysis and resolution.

Summary:
As a Technology Support Engineer, a typical day involves addressing and resolving incidents and problems that affect various business system components to maintain smooth and stable operations. The role includes creating and executing Requests for Change to improve system functionality and reliability. Throughout the day, there is active collaboration with vendors and service management teams to analyze issues and implement effective solutions. Additionally, updating and maintaining knowledge base articles is a key part of the daily routine to enhance troubleshooting efficiency and support continuous improvement across the technology environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Coordinate with external vendors to ensure timely resolution of technical issues.
- Monitor system performance and proactively identify areas for improvement.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing knowledge.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Cloud Infrastructure.
- Strong knowledge of cloud service models and deployment architectures.
- Experience with incident management and problem resolution in cloud environments.
- Ability to create and manage Requests for Change effectively.
- Familiarity with vendor management and collaboration processes.
- Skilled in documenting technical procedures and maintaining knowledge bases.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Cloud Infrastructure.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
