Key Responsibilities:

External Warehouse management

• Coordinate external warehouse operations, ensuring compliance, inventory accuracy, timely material flow.

Task Execution & System Dispatching

• Execute and manage job orders for inbound and outbound material flows via automation interfaces. Optimize task sequencing to maximize system throughput.

Procurement Compliance Support

• Identify unauthorized material requests (e.g., unapproved chemical purchases) and escalate to prevent safety or compliance risks.

Material Exception Handling

• Collaborate with warehouse, finance, and quality teams to resolve discrepancies in material records and support corrective actions for nonconforming inventory.

Storage Optimization

• Adjust and maintain storage location assignments based on real-time inventory changes to ensure efficient space utilization.

FIFO/FEFO Execution

• Track and manage non-batch materials to ensure proper rotation based on arrival time or expiration date, minimizing waste and ensuring compliance.​

Emergency Response

• Participate in company emergency response operations as needed.

System Troubleshooting & IT Coordination

• Identify and report system-related accounting or operational anomalies. Coordinate with IT teams to resolve issues and restore normal operations promptly.

Process Auditing & Improvement

• Participate in root cause analysis for recurring issues. Review and propose improvements to SOPs and workflows to enhance accuracy and efficiency.

Data Maintenance & System Updates

• Ensure external warehouse inventory data is accurately maintained and synchronized with the SAP system.

Project participating

• Contribute to company initiatives such as cost-saving plans, new warehouse setup, and budget preparation.

Skill

• TOEIC score of 700 or above and proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; skilled in data analysis

Strong time management, organizational, and prioritization abilities

Flexible with job responsibilities and work hour assignments

Effective communicator; able to collaborate across shifts

Highly proactive with strong problem-solving capabilities
