For our Life Cycle Services department, we are looking for an enthusiastic new colleague to strengthen our driven Italian team!

With your expertise and commitment, you ensure sustainable relationships and satisfied customers, who can always count on you for the best advice!

Your tasks

• Various maintenance and technical support activities for installed equipment and systems.

• You determine when products need to be modernized or replaced, solve problems and contribute to resolving malfunctions.

• Installing, configuring, calibrating and repairing technical products and systems at the customer's locations.

• Carry out diagnoses remotely

• Periodic breakdown services

Your profile

Education

• Electrotechnical/ Electronics/ Mechanical diploma or comparable experience gained

Work experience and knowledge

• You thrive on building customer connections and find fulfillment working directly in the field

• Familiar with diagnostic methods;

• Technical / Mechanical / Electronic background.

 It is also important that you:

• Are prepared to work outside office hours (weekends or evenings), contingent on the urgence of the issue at hand.

• Are prepared to be periodically available for on-call service.

• Are prepared to travel.

• Have a driving license.
