Job Description:

We are seeking a Technician conception with experience in SolidWorks to support the design and management of tools and assemblies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating 2D and 3D models, generating flat patterns, defining part dimensions, and preparing CNC machining programs for 3-axis machines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop tools and part assemblies using SolidWorks.
• Create flat models and define part dimensions.
• Generate CNC machining programs for 3-axis machines.
• Organize and manage tool storage and inventory.
• Track tool usage and requests for new projects or capacity expansion.
• Assist in the replacement of old tools as per production needs.
• Maintain accurate records of tools and ensure proper documentation.

Requirements:

• Technical diploma or Bachelor degree equivalent in mechanical engineering, manufacturing, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in design and tool management.
• Proficiency in SolidWorks and CNC programming.
• Strong organizational and inventory management skills.
• Ability to communicate in English (German is a plus).
