Technical Trainer - Instrumentation

We are looking for a skilled Technical Trainer - Instrumentation to join our dynamic team. As part of our commitment to providing talented professionals across various sectors, this role focuses on training and developing personnel in the field of instrumentation engineering and technology.

The Technical Trainer will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering training programs related to instrumentation systems, including installation, operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting. This role requires strong technical expertise combined with effective communication and instructional skills to ensure trainees gain the necessary knowledge and skills to excel in their roles.

Responsibilities

• Deliver technical training programs in instrumentation for students and professionals
• Develop and update training materials aligned with industry standards
• Conduct competency-based assessments and evaluate trainee performance
• Ensure training quality, compliance, and continuous improvement
• Collaborate with internal teams and industry partners to meet training objectives

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of industry experience, with at least 5 years as a trainer or within technical training institutes
• Background in Oil & Gas or EPC industries (GCC experience preferred)
• Strong English communication skills
• Experience in competency-based assessment is desirable
• A1/V1 or D32/D33 vocational assessment qualifications preferred
