Role: Technical Test Lead – US - Performance Testing & Engineering (Jmeter, DynaTrace)
Duration: Full Time
Location: Plano, TX OR Charlotte, NC.

Qualifications
Basic
• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 4 years of experience with IT

Preferred
• At least 4+ years of experience in Performance testing, monitoring and analysis using Dynatrace with excellent reporting Skills
• At least 2 years of experience in Tomcat/Weblogic tuning, Java Programming/tuning, PL SQL programming/tuning experience.
• At least 4+ years of experience in test strategy and test Design; Performance test scripts
• At least 4+ years of experience in tools like Jmeter, DynaTrace( or other APM Tools) for Web/App and DB layers
• At least 4+ years working knowledge in debugging of performance scripts, identification of performance bottlenecks using drill down analysis using monitoring tools; Interaction with various stake holders for performance issue resolution
• Hands on experience with SAR, vmstat, iostat, netstat, perfmon
• Good experience on Performance testing of the Web, AJAX, Java, Web Services, Legacy, REST and .Net applications
• Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment
• Good Communication and Analytical skills
• Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
