Role: Technical Test Lead - Guidewire Product Testing (Insurance domain)
Duration: Full TIme
Location: Weehawken, NJ

Qualifications
Basic
• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 4 years of experience with Information Technology

Preferred
• At least 4 years of experience in test strategy and test Design
• Experience with Insurance domain.
• At least 4 years of experience in test execution analysis & reporting.

• End to End testing experience in Policy Center/Billing Center/Claims Center implementation projects
• Expertise in developing Work Load Patterns, Estimations, Develop Performance Strategy and implement them.
• Automation experience using Selenium
• Nice to have Mobile performance testing experience
• Should have strong co-ordination, communication & reporting, analytical skills
• Should have Strong leadership skills
• Should have experience in Agile and Devops methodology, Angular js etc. • Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment
• Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment
• Analytical skills
• Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
