Technical Superintendent - Railway Concrete #URGENT

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all phases of concrete and trackwork construction projects.
• Coordinate and schedule activities with subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, plans, and safety regulations.
• Monitor and evaluate performance of subcontractors and suppliers.
• Manage project budgets, expenses, and cost control.
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during construction.
• Provide regular updates and progress reports to project management.
• Ensure quality control and adherence to project schedules.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in concrete and trackwork construction.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced construction environment.
