Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of enterprise-grade web applications using Angular and React.
• Define frontend architecture, coding standards, and best practices.
  Collaborate with Product Owners, UX/UI designers, backend developers, and QA teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Mentor and guide frontend developers through code reviews, technical discussions, and knowledge-sharing sessions.
• Optimize application performance, scalability, accessibility, and responsiveness.
  Ensure high code quality through unit testing, integration testing, and CI/CD practices.
• Drive adoption of modern frontend technologies and engineering best practices.
  Troubleshoot complex production issues and provide technical leadership.
  Participate in sprint planning, estimation, and technical design discussions.
  Work closely with DevOps teams for deployment and release management.
  
  

Must Have skills:

• 8–12+ years of software development experience.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Angular (v12+).
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with React.js.
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and SCSS.
• Experience with RxJS, NgRx, Redux, React Hooks, Context API, and state management.
• Strong understanding of REST APIs and frontend-backend integration.
• Experience with responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.
• Familiarity with modern build tools such as Webpack, Vite, npm, and Yarn.
• Experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong debugging and performance optimization skills.
  
  Preferred Skills
• Experience with Micro Frontends.
• Knowledge of Node.js and Express.js.
• Experience with Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
• Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of authentication mechanisms such as OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, and JWT.
• Experience with automated testing frameworks such as Jest, Cypress, Jasmine, or Karma.Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
