The Technical Specialist, based in Italy, is supporting the dealers and team in the field in technical advice and support / assistance. Is organizing and supporting the training season for all the brands and product. This role ensures consistent, high-quality training and support aligned with business priorities and customer support objectives. 

Your Impact: 

• Provide technical support and expert guidance on AGCO tractor technologies (Fendt, Massey Ferguson, Valtra, and PTx).  

• Assist dealers and sales partners in resolving complex technical issues and support field teams with case management and EWFR reporting.  

• Deliver technical training, support training programs, and act as an additional trainer for courses, trade shows, and exhibitions.  

• Commission AGCO tractor technology in the field and support new product launches and market introductions.  

• Support AGCO system technologies and tools (AGCO Net, Fleetscan, Tech Connect, CPQ, diagnostics), including on-site assistance and seasonal on-call support. 

Your Experience and Qualifications:

• Experience in aftersales, technical training, or learning & development  

• Strong understanding of service environments and/or dealer networks  

• Ability to translate business and technical requirements.  

• Experience working in a global or matrix organization  

• Strong influencing and communication skills. Good written and spoken English knowledge

Compensation:   

• Applicable salary range: € 25,000 – €40,000 gross annual salary  

• The compensation range specified in this job posting represents an indicative range for the role. Final remuneration will be defined based on the selected candidate’s experience, skills, and qualifications, in compliance with applicable EU pay transparency and pay equity regulations. 

Your Workplace: 

You will work in 4 days Onsite from our Breganze site and 1 day Work from home.
