Job description
  • Identify future customer needs and develop services and procedures to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Improve solid-liquid separation with BASF product in thickening operation to achieve desired solid percentage, settling rate, and clarity target in 6 thickeners circuit at Freeport Concentrating Division
  • Improve filtering process performance in Dewatering Plant operation to achieve desired moisture of dry concentrate before it was shipped and delivered in 6 Dewatering Plant circuits
  • Provided technical support and assistance to user’s priorities by troubleshooting problems on Freeport Downstream Production area (Thickeners, Pipeline, Dewatering Plant area), and support on comminution, and separation area by involved on daily issues, commissioning, and related matters
  • Maintain BASF’s reagent stocks and supply chain to ensure safe and sustainable production
  • Maintained site office, field, and laboratory equipment to uphold high professional standards.
  • Planned and conduct lab or plant trials related to water properties, concentrate properties, tailing products, and dewatering plant filters performance
