Technical Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment :
• Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for various roles within assigned business units, from requisition creation to offer management and onboarding.
• Departmental Recruitment Management: Oversee and manage recruitment efforts specifically tailored to the needs of different departments.
• Strategic Sourcing: Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to identify and attract high-quality candidates, leveraging diverse channels (e.g., LinkedIn, job boards, and networking).
• Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
• Employer Branding: Develop and promote employer branding initiatives to enhance our appeal to potential candidates. Act as a brand ambassador, promoting the company culture and value proposition.
• Hiring Manager Partnership: Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their talent needs, define job requirements, develop effective interview processes, and provide guidance on recruitment best practices.
• Compensation & Benefits Analysis for Recruitment: Analyze compensation & benefits data to enhance and refine recruitment strategies, ensuring competitive offers.
• Market Intelligence: Stay abreast of talent market trends, competitive landscape, and compensation benchmarks in Taiwan to inform recruitment strategies.
• HRIS Requisition Management & Reporting: Manage open requisitions, especially long-outstanding ones, and track their progress.
