Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage technical projects from development through deployment
  • Coordinate stakeholders, schedules, milestones, and deliverables
  • Participate in technical design and development planning activities
  • Gather and manage deployment requirements
  • Facilitate certification, approval, and implementation activities
  • Track project risks, issues, and dependencies
  • Communicate project status to stakeholders and leadership
  • Support execution of complex cyber-focused initiatives

  • Travel Requirements: Minimal
  • Working Hours: Standard

Qualifications:

Required:

  • Active TS/SCI with Polygraph
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline and 10 years of experience; additional experience may be substituted for a degree
  • Minimum of three years managing complex technical projects
  • Experience planning and executing technical development efforts
  • Experience managing schedules, milestones, and project deliverables
  • Knowledge of commercial technologies and technical capabilities
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical abilities

Desired:

  • PMP certification
  • Experience supporting cybersecurity initiatives
  • Experience supporting intelligence community customers
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies
  • Experience managing multidisciplinary teams

Basic Compensation:

$164,800 to $201,500

This range is for the Virginia area only

The offered rate will be based on the selected candidate’s knowledge, skills, abilities and/or experience and in consideration of internal parity.

Additional Compensation:

KBR may offer bonuses, commissions, or other forms of compensation to certain job titles or levels, per internal policy or contractual designation. Additional compensation may be in the form of sign on bonus, relocation benefits, short term incentives, long term incentives, or discretionary payments for exceptional performance.
