Join us and build for travelers everywhere.

The Information Technology (IT) team enables EG with productivity tools, support operations, corporate networking, hybrid data centers, network operations center/site reliability, and IT Service Management. The TPM function with IT drives end-to-end delivery for cross-functional technical programs from idea to launch so the business gets predictable, measurable outcomes. Leveraging a blend of agile and traditional methodologies, this team enables clarity, accountability, and execution through structured planning, well-defined scope and success metrics, disciplined risk and dependency management, and transparent communication with engineering, operations, and business stakeholders.

In this role, you will:

  • Support the infrastructure portfolio, including hybrid cloud, data centers, and networking.

  • Own technical program management for a major data center transformation and the aligned virtualization strategy.

  • Manage the day-to-day delivery of a complex, multi-workstream program, including scope, schedule, risks, and issues.

  • Oversee the infrastructure portfolio of milestones and contribute to business rhythms (quarterly/annual planning, biweekly portfolio reporting, monthly/quarterly business reviews).

  • Maintain program and project documentation, run key meetings, and ensure stakeholders are kept informed of progress and changes.

  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration, helping stakeholders align on solutions and decision-making across time zones and complex stakeholder groups.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience in a technical environment.

  • Experience (typically 3–5 years) in technical program management, software delivery management, or closely related roles driving execution for engineering or platform teams.

  • Proven track record managing end-to-end delivery of technical programs or projects that span multiple services or components, including requirements, planning, execution, and launch.

  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate closely with software engineers, architects, and product managers to understand technical constraints, system designs, APIs, and data integration requirements.

  • Familiarity with AI-driven systems, tools, or workflows and applying AI/ML concepts to real world products within the scope of program delivery.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience driving large-scale infrastructure or data center transformation programs with complex scope, stakeholder landscapes, and global time zones.

  • Proven track record of improving processes and efficiency within program or portfolio management.

  • Experience contributing to or leading portfolio-level planning and reporting (e.g., QBRs, annual planning, executive reviews).

  • Demonstrated ability to anticipate communication needs and support creation of technical communication materials (policies, guidelines, presentations, executive messages).

  • Strong customer-centric mindset, with the ability to understand internal/external customer needs and connect technical work to business challenges and objectives.
