Job description

Position: Senior Technical Delivery Manager / TPM

Location: Remote from LATAM

Contract Type: Full-time Contractor

Time Zone Alignment: CT

About In All Media We are a Managed Nearshore Teams provider headquartered in Austin, specializing in building and embedding high-performing software development teams. From design to deployment, we deliver customized solutions by connecting global talent with innovative client projects. Our model allows you to work on international challenges, collaborate with diverse teams, and grow your career while being part of a company that values expertise, creativity, and impact.

Project Overview In this role, you will be the driving force behind our engineering delivery, ensuring the seamless execution and release of high-impact software projects. You will join a fast-paced environment where your expertise in agile methodologies, risk management, and stakeholder communication will be pivotal. As a Senior Technical Delivery Manager, you will bridge the gap between engineering and product, optimizing the SDLC, managing complex release governance, and providing the data-driven insights needed to guarantee the delivery of top-tier software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Program Leadership: Direct and guide engineering teams, managing large-scale technical programs from conception through successful software delivery.
  • Release Governance: Oversee end-to-end release cycles, proactively mitigate deployment risks, and enforce stringent quality assurance standards in production environments.
  • Agile Management: Enforce and optimize Agile methodologies, ensuring teams are operating efficiently and delivering value iteratively.
  • Stakeholder Alignment: Act as the primary liaison between technical teams and leadership, negotiating scope, managing expectations, and prioritizing workflows with senior engineering and product leaders.
  • Data-Driven Reporting: Design, build, and maintain advanced analytical dashboards to track team health, delivery metrics, and project milestones.
  • SDLC Optimization: Leverage deep knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle and DevOps practices to streamline release management and deployment pipelines.

Must-Have Skills

  • Proven Seniority: 5+ years of experience directly leading engineering teams or large-scale technical programs with a strong focus on software delivery.
  • Agile & Project Management Excellence: Must hold a recognized industry certification such as PMP, CSM, or SAFe.
  • Release Governance & Risk Management: Extensive experience in managing release cycles, deployment risks, and quality assurance standards in a production environment.
  • SDLC Expertise: Deep understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle and modern DevOps/Release Management practices.
  • Analytical Reporting: Experience creating advanced dashboards (Tableau, Power BI, or Jira Query Language) to visualize team health and delivery metrics.
  • Stakeholder Communication (Fluent English): Exceptional verbal and written skills; must be comfortable negotiating scope and priorities with senior engineering and product leaders.

Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Technical Foundation: A background in software engineering or systems architecture to better understand technical trade-offs and "speak the language" of developers.
  • Change Management: Experience leading organizational transitions (e.g., moving from a reactive model to a highly structured Agile/Scrum framework).

Time Zone & Collaboration This role is 100% remote from LATAM and requires consistent overlap with teams in Central Time (CT). Flexibility is expected to accommodate key ceremonies, stand-ups, and collaborative sessions within standard Austin business hours.

Language: All interviews, documentation, and daily communication are in English.
