• Reviewing and evaluating product designs, manufacturing processes, and quality control procedures for compliance with regulations and standards
• Interpreting and providing guidance on domestic and international regulatory codes and standards
• Conducting product testing and risk assessments to verify compliance
• Documenting and reporting findings of compliance audits and inspections
• Implementing and monitoring corrective actions to address non-compliance issues
• Collaborating with design and manufacturing teams to ensure regulatory compliance throughout product development and production
• Keeping up to date with changes in regulatory legislation and guidelines
• Communicating with regulatory bodies to address queries and submit documentation
• Preparation of certification plans for country admissions

Core Job Requirements

• Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science,
• Experience: 3 to 5+ years of experience

Technical Skills

• Technical File Management: capability to author complex technical briefs, safety construction files, and test reports required by conformity assessment bodies.
• Vendor & Lab Management: Experience managing technical communications with third-party laboratories  to schedule, troubleshoot, and achieve product listings.
