Work directly with PSAP/ECC technical staff, vendors, and system administrators to ensure installations, proper connectivity and data flow.
Troubleshoot audio connections and network issues, including SIP and other streaming protocols.
Assist with setup and configuration of hardware devices used for audio or data ingestion.
Collaborate closely with the GovWorx implementation and support teams to ensure smooth deployments and excellent customer experiences.
Participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours, weekend, and holiday support as needed.
Travel to customer sites (up to 20%) for system installations, testing, and troubleshooting.
Required Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of experience in IT, telecommunications, or systems engineering.
Familiarity with public safety and 9-1-1 center environments and terminology.
Strong knowledge of audio streaming protocols and telephony integration (VoIP, SIP, RTP, PBX systems).
Proficient in Windows and/or Linux server environments, networking, and system configuration.
Excellent communication and customer service skills; able to work independently in high-pressure situations.
Willingness to travel up to 20% and participate in after-hours on-call rotation.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with logging recorders
Familiarity with CAD, radio, or 911 telephony systems.
Prior experience with SaaS or cloud-based solutions.
