Sr. Consultant Legal Tech

YOUR IMPACT 
You will be at the heart of implementing our OpenText eDiscovery applications. Our eDiscovery solutions combine AI-driven search and classification with intuitive, web-based interfaces - helping companies and public authorities manage complex legal workflows efficiently and securely.

Following structured, thorough onboarding, you’ll quickly take on responsibility. With a curious, analytical mindset and a “detective’s instinct,” you’ll investigate operational and data-processing challenges, collaborate closely with colleagues, and design smart, client-focused solutions. From rolling out new implementations to ensuring systems remain reliable and up to date, your work will directly contribute to client success.
 

WHAT THE ROLE OFFERS 

• Close, collaborative, and trust-based teamwork with colleagues and clients
• Hands-on involvement in the implementation of proprietary LegalTech platforms
• A mix of technical consulting, troubleshooting, and client-facing support
• Responsibility for analyzing, documenting, and resolving technical and functional issues
• Opportunities to create and maintain high-quality technical and user documentation
   

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

• A completed degree in computer science, business informatics, or a comparable qualification
• At least 5 years of relevant experience with delivering and operating complex enterprise IT systems, implementations, and/or IT support; using tools such as Ansible, Camunda, Terraform, Jenkins, and scripting languages (e.g., Groovy, PowerShell)
• Confident client-facing consultant with the ability to translate technical complexity into clear recommendations and proactive improvements
• Self-directed, accountable, and comfortable owning delivery, mentoring others, and influencing best practices across projects
• A talent for quickly understanding client business processes and technical environments
• Curiosity, problem-solving skills, and the creativity to think beyond standard solutions
• Business-fluent German and English, both written and spoken
