Technical Consultant - EPM (OFSAA ALM)

We are looking for a highly skilled Technical Consultant – EPM (OFSAA ALM) with strong expertise in Oracle OFSAA implementation and banking risk solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in ALM, data integration, and regulatory reporting, along with the ability to design scalable and high-performance solutions.

1. Solution Architecture & Design

• Lead the architecture and design of OFSAA ALM solutions covering IRRBB and PRRBB.
• Define data models, staging layers, and processing frameworks within OFSAA.
• Design scalable, compliant solutions aligned with regulatory requirements.

2. OFSAA ALM Implementation

• Configure and implement Oracle OFSAA ALM modules.
• Customize ALM processes including gap analysis, behavioral modeling, and cash flow engine setup.
• Develop business rules, assumptions, and calculation logic.

3. Data Integration & ETL

• Build and support data pipelines using ODI and OFSAA Data Foundation.
• Ensure data quality, reconciliation, and lineage.
• Work with large-scale financial datasets including loans, deposits, and securities.

4. Risk Analytics & Regulatory Reporting

• Support reporting for IRR, LCR, and NII simulations.
• Implement stress testing and scenario analysis.
• Ensure alignment with regulatory and internal risk frameworks.

5. Performance Optimization

• Optimize ALM batch processes for high-volume performance.
• Tune Oracle SQL/PLSQL queries for efficiency.
• Improve runtime performance of ALM engines and reporting.

6. Client Engagement & Consulting

• Act as an SME for OFSAA ALM solutions.
• Collaborate with Treasury, Risk, and Finance teams to gather requirements.
• Conduct workshops, demos, and stakeholder discussions.

7. Troubleshooting & Support

• Analyze and resolve issues in ALM calculations and data flows.
• Perform root cause analysis for discrepancies in outputs.
• Provide production support and review technical artifacts.

8. Documentation & Governance

• Prepare Solution Design Documents (SDD), technical specifications, and data mapping documents.
• Ensure compliance with internal standards and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Strong experience in Oracle OFSAA ALM (mandatory)
• Hands-on experience with IRRBB / PRRBB frameworks
• Expertise in ODI (Oracle Data Integrator) and data integration
• Strong knowledge of Oracle SQL / PLSQL
• Experience in banking domain (Treasury, Risk, Finance)
• Understanding of ALM processes and risk analytics
