Technical Consultant/Data Analyst

We specialize in the ICM area – helping global organizations translate sales compensation policies into specific business rules, data structures, and system configurations for the automatic calculation of commissions and bonuses.

What will you do?

• Analyze data and draw insights that help our clients make better decisions.
• Translate business needs into specific requirements for technical teams.
• Create and test solutions – from documentation and mockups to test planning.
• Support clients through implementations, training sessions, and process optimization consulting.
• Find solutions to complex business and technological challenges.
• Analyze commission plans and sales compensation policies.
• Translate business requirements into calculation logic, data models, and system configuration.
• Work with data (SQL, Excel) to validate and test commission calculations.
• Configure and test systems for automatic bonus and commission calculations.
• Collaborate with clients from around the world on sales process implementation and optimization projects.

What do we expect from you?

• Experience in the role of an IT Business Analyst or a similar position (data analysis, consulting, etc.).
• Ability to work with SQL and Excel/VBA (other tools are welcome).
• Excellent command of English.
• Curiosity, persistence in identifying root causes of problems, and a creative approach to challenges.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for business purposes.

Compensation (from employer):
9000 – 13000 PLN (MONTHLY)
