Must be proficient in: 

Provisioning User Accounts in: 
• O365 
• AD Azure 
• Exchange Online mailboxes 
• Skype for Business accounts 

Troubleshooting issues with: 
• Exchange Online 
• AD Azure 
• Skype for Business 
• OneDrive for Business 
• SharePoint Online 

ADFS : Ability to script using PowerShell 

Understanding of Active Directory Design & Implementation O365: 

Tenant Global Admin experience 
Experience/understanding of Security Features 
Ability to Provision Services 

Outlook client Configuration & Troubleshooting 
Skype: Instant Messaging Flow and troubleshooting 

Migration Support: 

• Incident Reporting
• Issues Tracking
• Documentation
• End User Support
• Participate in Triage meetings
• Participate and contribute to Knowledge sharing
