Your responsibilities

- You will lead sourcing activities, negotiate with suppliers, and ensure competitive pricing and terms for technical goods and services

- You will manage and develop your supplier base while ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards

- You will analyze market trends and identify opportunities to optimize procurement strategies and reduce costs

- You will collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand technical requirements and support purchasing decisions

- You will monitor purchase orders, contracts, and supplier performance to ensure timely delivery and service quality

Expectations for you

- You have a Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Engineering, or a related field, and solid experience in procurement

- You have strong experience with strategic sourcing and supplier negotiations

- You are proficient in Excel (advanced) and Microsoft Office tools; knowledge of Power BI is a plus

- You have experience with ERP systems, ideally BaaN, and knowledge of Lean processes or continuous improvement

- You have advanced English proficiency (written and spoken)
