• 公共区域的电力，空调，给排水系统的正常运行。

岗位具体内容：

• 日常办公区巡检、测温，记录异常情况并进行纠正；
• 可以每周去广州办公室工作一天
• 检查（验收）设备的运行情况，报告运行故障和报修结果；
• 协调设备供应商的现场整改工作；
• 根据设备的维护保养计划，进行日常的操作和维护，组织并协调，监督各服务供应商的定期的对分管设备的现场工作；
• 设备系统的运行记录、维修保养记录、设备履历等技术档案的收集、整理、归档工作；
• 现场设备故障报警的紧急处理。
• 使用各种基础设备（塑封机/标签机/打印机）

岗位要求：

• 高中（中专）以上学历；
• 具有电工操作证，有空调冷冻上岗证优先；
• 会电脑操作，办公软件使用.
