Responsibilities:

     
    • Resolve issues raised by the partners during their technical integration with our systems.
    • Explain and guide partners through the system integration process
    • Facilitate effective communication between external partners and our own developers.
    • Provide regular status updates, ensuring the integration process is as smooth as possible.
    • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices.
    • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure the competitiveness of our platform.

Qualifications:

    • Must haves:
    • Fluency in both English and Chinese.
    • Familiar with tools such as JIRA / Confluence.
    • Bachelor’s (or higher) degree from Computer Science or a similar field.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
    • Highly desirable:
    • Previous experience of using a backend programming language.
