Key Responsibilities:

  • · Partner integrations:
  • · 1-Resolve issues raised by the partners during their technical integration with our systems.
  • · 2-Explain and guide partners through the system integration process.
  • · Communication:
  • · 1-Facilitate effective communication between external partners and our own developers.
  • · 2-Provide regular status updates, ensuring the integration process is as smooth as possible.
  • · Continuous Improvement:
  • · 1-Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices.
  • · 2-Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure the competitiveness of our platform.

Qualifications:

  • · Must haves:
  • · 1-Fluency in both English and Chinese.
  • · 2-Familiar with tools such as JIRA / Confluence.
  • · 3-Bachelor’s (or higher) degree from Computer Science or a similar field.
  • · 4-Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • · Highly desirable:
  • · 1-Previous experience of using a backend programming language.
