Tech Lead

Key Responsibilities:

-Lead the design, development, and deployment of high-performance web applications

-Be a hands-on contributor, especially for complex features or critical fixes

-Mentor and support software engineers in their growth and development

-Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and designers to build impactful solutions

-Enforce high standards for code quality, testing, and documentation

-Architect full-stack solutions using Next.js and Node.js

-Design and optimize PostgreSQL database schemas and queries

-Implement clean, responsive UI using Tailwind CSS

-(Preferred) Integrate AI/ML features using Python

-Stay current with modern development trends, AI technologies, and fintech innovations

Requirements

-5+ years of professional experience in software development

-2+ years in a leadership or Tech Lead position

-Expertise in Next.js, Node.js, and PostgreSQL

-Proficiency in Tailwind CSS and scalable UI frameworks

-Strong debugging, problem-solving, and analytical skills

-Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities

-Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

-Passion for mentoring, team empowerment, and hands-on coding

-(Preferred) Working knowledge of Python for backend or AI/ML tasks
