As a Tech Delivery Subject Matter Expert, a typical day involves leading innovative approaches within delivery projects, leveraging extensive expertise to influence and elevate client engagements. This role requires close collaboration with clients to understand their needs and translate them into effective technology-driven business solutions. The position also involves shaping strategic directions for both the organization and clients by integrating emerging ideas and maintaining a trusted advisor relationship. Continuous interaction with various stakeholders ensures that delivery practices align with evolving business goals and market demands, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement best practices that enhance delivery quality and efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of technology solutions with business objectives.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and development.
- Continuously monitor industry trends to incorporate relevant innovations into project delivery.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Concur.
- Strong knowledge of expense management and travel solutions within SAP Concur.
- Experience in configuring and customizing SAP Concur modules to meet client requirements.
- Ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into technical solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering practical and scalable outcomes.
- Effective communication skills to engage with clients and internal teams.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP Concur.
- This position is based at our HDC3C - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
