Das bewegst Du bei uns

• Gewährleistung einer professionellen Leitung des Laborbetriebs mit Schwerpunkt auf Wasser-, Boden- und Luftuntersuchungen im Bereich der GC-Analysen
• Teamkoordination, Arbeitsplanung und Bearbeitung von Anfragen gemäß den festgelegten Regeln
• Leitung und Unterstützung des Laborteams
• Sicherstellung der Weiterentwicklung und des effizienten Betriebs des Labors
• Sicherstellung der fristgerechten Übermittlung der Ergebnisse an die Kunden
• Überwachung und Steuerung der Bereichskosten
• Zusammenarbeit mit Kundenbetreuung und Vertrieb
• Mitarbeit bei Methodenvalidierungen
• Verantwortung für das Qualitätsmanagement und Zusammenarbeit mit der Qualitätsabteilung

Das bringst Du mit

• abgeschlossenes naturwissenschaftliches Studium z.B. Chemie, Chemieingenieurwesen, Umweltwissenschaften oder vergleichbar
• mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich der instrumentellen Analytik, insbesondere GC
• nachweisbare Führungserfahrung sowie ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit
• gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit für den Umgang mit Mitarbeitenden und Kunden
• qualitäts- und ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise mit unternehmerischem Denken
• sicherer Umgang mit Laborinformationssystemen (LIMS) und MS Office
• sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
