What You'll Do

  • Provide compassionate, client-centered nursing care that promotes health, recovery, and overall wellness.
  • Administer medications and monitor client responses while ensuring adherence to physician orders and treatment plans.
  • Conduct health assessments, including vital signs and routine nursing evaluations.
  • Interview clients and families to gather health histories, medication information, and relevant clinical data.
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with organizational and regulatory standards.
  • Review and manage Medication Administration Records (MARs) and medication-related documentation.
  • Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care.
  • Educate clients, families, and staff on health-related topics and medication management.
  • Serve as a clinical resource and advocate for clients' physical and behavioral healthcare needs.


 

Qualifications
Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Missouri

OR
Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in Missouri

 

Additional Qualifications

  • Experience working in behavioral health, community health, case management, or a related healthcare setting preferred.
  • Strong communication, documentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Passion for serving individuals with mental health needs.
