My client are relatively new but are certainly making waves in an extremely strong and thriving North East market. They are a professional, employee driven business that are currently expanding rapidly and looking for experienced energy professionals to fill a range of roles.
I am primarily recruiting for a suitably experienced Team Manager, ideally with 2 years of energy experience and experience within a similar leadership position.
Key Skills & Experience:
2 years of energy experience including some experience in a similar role.
Willingness to work toward a financial target and the ability to push your team in order to achieve.
Drive team KPI's and continuous improvement.
Resilience and determination to succeed are a must.
Hands on approach.
Staff appraisals, training, development and general team maintenance.
In Return:
Competitive salary + uncapped commission. OTE £70-80k.
Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 17:00, full time, permanent role. Ongoing training and support given.
