Team Leader - Operations :

Location: Waverock Building, Hyderabad

Job position : Full-time

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Team Leader who can manage a Team of 15 - 20 employees

Primary Responsibilities:

1. Allocating tasks to staff and make sure work is completed on time

2. Ensuring the performance of the staff is of a high standard

3. Make daily reports and dash boards and update it to the Management

4. Carrying out performance reviews

5. Discussing and resolving problems

6. Motivate employees to maximize output

7. Improve performance of team members who are in bottom quartile

Desired Skills and Experience:

2-3 years of Experience in Voice process for an International call center with at least 6 months experience as Team Leader ( on papers )

Qualifications:

Any graduate with excellent communication skills

Other Skills: Committed , Good in Research.
